  • Monday                      9:00 am     Basic Yoga

                                       10:30 am    Level II

                                                         (Warrior Flow)

                                          5:30 pm    Yoga for

                                                           Relaxation

 

  • Tuesday                      9:00  am   Cardio,

                                                          weights,

                                                           abs, stretch

 

  • Wednesday                 9:00  am    Basic Yoga

                                         10:30  am   Level II

                                                           (Warrior Flow)

                                           5:30  pm   Yoga for

                                                            Relaxation

 

  • Thursday                      9:00  am  Cardio, weights

                                                             abs, stretch

 

  • Friday                           9:00  am     Yoga for all

                                                              levels

 

  • Saturday class available by  pre-registration with a class of 3 or more.
  • PERSONAL TRAINING:   Call for appointment; available for all ages; all body types and therapy for arthritis, back pain, injuries, recovery from surgery or poor health.
